  We bought a $180 elf light at this store, 12 months later it stopped working and they went to amazing lengths to get a copy of the receipt from their records so we could return it. Amazing customer service, I will make an extra effort to buy from then due to their amazing staff and services.

  They don't care what you think if you like it or not. If i had 0 stars as an option I'd give it. DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS ACCESSORIES HERE, EVER!!! They sell computer power cords as common as can be abd worth maybe 4 dollars for $26!!!!!! At the dollar stor in the same mall its 4 bucks. ALL CORDS AND ADAPTERS ARE ASTONOMICALLY OVER PRICED! They want 18 dollars for an adapter at the dollare store is 1.25. They want $35 for hdmi cord that is 6 at that same dollar store. PHONE AND COMPUTER ACCESSORIES ARE ALL CRIMINALLY OVERPRICED if you ask me. They should honestly be ashamed of themselves for TAKING ADVANTAGE OR PEOPLE who don't know much about technology and think they are paying market price at a RELIABLE LARGE CHAIN STORE KNOWN TO HANDLE ELECTRONICS... THEY ARE FAR FROM ETHICAL IN THEYRE USE OF THAT REPUTATION!!!! Shame shame shame to the parent company H.Y. LOUIE (who also own IGA - the overpriced grocery store) for TAKING ADVANTAGE of the elderly and other people who are new to technology and think they're going to a ethical professional chain store that specializes in such things. Shame H.Y. LOUIE, shame.
